"Closer" seems very random

Relased in 2004 and staring Jude Law and Clive Owen, Closer shows the relationships between two couples.

Throughout the film there are changes in time, which do not sometimes always make complete sense, although it does finally seem to make sense in the end.

The film ends strangely, which is inkeeping with the rest of the film, which does get very strange at times.
